At Premier Equine, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and products are free from horse hair or dirt.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
